Once you’re ready to commit to a real storefront, the core setup steps (Shopify or WooCommerce, the logic is nearly identical):
- Choose a clean, fast-loading theme — avoid heavily animated templates; page speed directly affects conversion rate and your Module 7 SEO rankings.
- Set up your product pages using the SEO structure from Module 7 from day one — retrofitting SEO later is far more work than doing it correctly the first time.
- Configure shipping zones and rates matching what you confirmed with your supplier in Module 4.
- Connect a payment processor (Module 6) and test a real transaction end-to-end before launch, including what the confirmation email looks like.
- Install/verify Google Analytics tracking (Module 8) before you start sending any traffic — you cannot recover data from before tracking was installed.
