1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using deodevs.com, submitting a form, applying for a role, registering for a workshop, or purchasing a digital product through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our Services

DeOdevs provides custom web and app development, custom scripts and automation, Shopify theme development, WordPress plugin and theme development, WordPress debugging and support, e-commerce marketing services, SEO, game development, and related digital services. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work; these Terms cover use of the deodevs.com website and store only, not the terms of any individual client contract.

3. Digital Products (Ebooks and Downloads)

Ebooks and other digital downloads are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only upon purchase or opt-in. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish these files. Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” paid digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been issued, except where required by applicable consumer law.

4. Job Applications

By submitting a job application, you confirm that the information and documents you provide (including your resume) are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or any form of engagement with DeOdevs.

5. Workshop Registration

Registering for a workshop reserves you a place subject to capacity. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop; in that case, registered attendees will be notified at the email address provided at registration.

6. Staff Verification Tool

The staff verification tool exists to let third parties confirm the identity of genuine DeOdevs staff. You may not use it to systematically harvest, scrape, or compile records from this tool. We apply rate limiting and reserve the right to block access from any source we reasonably believe is misusing it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information through any form on this site; attempt to bypass rate limits, upload validation, or access controls; upload malicious files; or use any part of the site to harass, defraud, or harm others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on deodevs.com — including text, design, and code, but excluding client work shown for portfolio purposes and third-party trademarks — is owned by DeOdevs or used under licence. Ownership of intellectual property created during a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s separate agreement, not by these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on third-party services we do not control, including payment processors used at checkout and, where applicable, third-party job boards that syndicate roles to our careers page. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, whose own terms may also apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeOdevs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
